Laboratory analysis can answer an important question about a piece of alleged UFO debris: what is it made of? It cannot, by itself, answer the equally important question: where did it come from? That distinction is central to understanding why no privately held fragment has become publicly verifiable evidence of a UFO crash.

- How it was packaged and stored.
