Did 'Flying Disc' Mean Alien Spacecraft?

Those omissions are significant. If local officers had believed they had recovered an obviously extraordinary vehicle, one would expect some indication of remarkable construction or technology. Why local officers may have used the term

Second, local officers were responding to intense media interest.
